These towers sit on top of a 5-story podium with retail, parking, residential amenities, as well as assisted living and related services.

• Concrete specifications called for high strength mixes up to 10,000 PSI
• 3 Tower Cranes were used simultaneously on the project
• High Bays up to 34′ at level 3 required over 120,000 S.F. of 30′ scaffolding
• Transfer beams ranged anywhere from 3′ deep to over 11′ deep
• Foundation walls were anywhere from 20′ to 30′ with integrated piers every 10′
• Most deck pours were over 1000 CY each requiring two concrete pumps running simultaneously
