The Raleigh Union Station Bus Facility (RUSBUS) is a Mixed-Use Commercial development project in heart of Raleigh, NC. It sits adjacent to the existing Raleigh Union Station rail facility. The project includes a street-level bus facility with bike- and pedestrian-friendly spaces. The project was originally designed to include multifamily residential aspects including affordable housing as well as retail spaces (future).

The project includes a residential tower with approximately 385 apartments, a plaza with retail/restaurant space, and a private parking garage with approximately 460 parking spaces.

Our Contribution: As the concrete subcontractor DGS Construction (Schuster Concrete Construction) placed approximately 32,000 CY / 750,000 sq.ft. of concrete.
