The Vista Fairfax Corner is a 12-story residential high rise consisting of 9 residential floors, 4 parking levels, and 228 luxury apartments. According to the owner, “Fairfax Corner Station mixed use community. The tight site is bordered by commercial and retail establishments in a high traffic area for both vehicles and pedestrians.
